10% GST must be added to the cost of all removal costs, storage and surcharges.
There is a 2 hour minimum plus travel charge on all jobs. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments.
Payment must be made on completion of the job by credit or debit card. No cheques will be accepted.
Fuel charges apply to country and instate moves.
All toll charges incurred throughout the move are payable by the client.
We will not be held liable for uninsured goods whilst being loaded or unloaded.
Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time circumstances out of control may cause delays. We do not offer discounts for lateness.
Parking must be arranged by and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines incurred will be added to the bill.
It is the clients responsibility to be present at all addresses concerned throughout the moving process. Aussie Man Removals will not be held responsible if the property is left unattended.
We reserve the right to refuse, cease or stop the job if our staff are abused- verbally or otherwise.
